We believe strongly in social responsibility and giving back to the local community. We strive to be actively involved and to make an impact in the communities in and around our area.
Two ways in which we can have meaningful participation is via our Community Nights program as well as our charitable efforts – both of which you can read about via the tabs below.
Raise money for your favorite non-profit organization!
It’s easy at Sure Shot! Complete the online request form. Sure Shot will confirm your date, and you will receive a personalized flyer to email to your friends, family and community members to promote your event. Don’t forget about posting on your social media pages too!
On your designated day Sure Shot Tap House will donate 10% of ALL dine-in and carry out sales to your organization. It’s that easy! Please note, community nights are only offered on Thursdays
Sure Shot Tap House is a family owned business and proud supporter of the local community. We take great pride in getting involved with local charitable causes and efforts. While we will entertain any and all requests for involvement, we do concentrate the bulk of our support towards local charitable efforts in the Darke County and surrounding area. Please follow the directions below to submit an in-kind donation request:

On the organization’s letterhead, please include a brief statement about the charity, indicating the purpose of the charity as well as who receives the money or gifts the charity raises.

Provide the following information on the letter

Full legal name of organization

Declaration of organizations tax exempt status
-
Organizations employer identification number
-
Donation requests will be reviewed on a monthly basis. Requests submitted for events that occur less than one month out will be automatically disqualified from consideration. Please do not submit your request via phone, email, or social media. Approval notices will go out via email so please be sure to include a working email address among the contact information you give us.
